Watch this cool video loop from Google earth to show the changes since 1984. Make sure to change the speed to "0.25x" at the far right of the timeline. You'll notice the explosion of growth on Sandy Beach starting in the early 2000's, but there are lots of changes in town and the outer beaches as well.
